Does anyone know a recipe for double chocolate chip zucchini cake? ?

I went to this little restraunt when we were on vaccation and I had double choclate chip zuchini cake and it was nothing short of Amazing it was very choclatie and it was very moist! it was wonderful! I was just curious if anyone else had made this and has the recipe handy! thanks in advance!Does anyone know a recipe for double chocolate chip zucchini cake? ?
I like this because I found other recipes with buttermilk or sour cream allow a sharp bitter taste to the cake, although it might be enjoyable for a breakfast bread.





Double Chocolate Zucchini Cake





2 1/2 cups flour


1/2 cup cocoa


1 tsp baking soda


1/2 tsp salt


1/2 c butter


1 1/2 cup sugar


1/2 cup oil


2 eggs, beaten


1 tsp vanilla


1/2 cup milk


2 cup grated zucchini


6 oz chocolate chips





Combine flour, cocoa, soda, and salt. Cream butter and sugar; beat in oil, eggs and vanilla. Add the milk while alternating with dry ingredients to the butter mixture.





Pour into greased 9x13 baking pan and sprinkle chips over top.





Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.

Ingredients


1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened


1 3/4 cup vegetable oil


2 eggs


1/4 cup milk


1/4 cup sour cream


1 tsp vanilla


2 1/2 cups flour


1/2 tsp baking powder


1/2 tsp baking soda


4 Tbs. Baking cocoa


1/2 tsp cinnamon


1/2 tsp ground cloves


2 cups finely shredded zucchini


1 cup chocolate chips





Directions


Mix butter, sugar and oil until blended. Add eggs, vanilla, milk and sour cream; beat well with mixer.


Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture, beating well. Stir in shredded zucchini. Turn into greased, floured,


9 x 13 inch pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips.


Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes or until cake tests done.

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa


1 teaspoon baking soda


2 teaspoons cinnamon


1/2 cup buttermilk


2 cups zucchini, shredded


1 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips


1 cup nuts, chopped (optional)














Directions:





Preheat oven to 350潞. Spray 13'; x 9'; x 2'; baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.





In large bowl, combine sugar, butter or margarine, oil, vanilla and eggs. Beat well. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon and buttermilk. Blend well. Fold in zucchini, chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into prepared pan.





Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.





This cake is so moist you won't need to frost it!



CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE





1/2 c. butter


1/2 c. oil


1 3/4 c. sugar


2 eggs


2 c. grated zucchini


2 1/2 c. flour


1 tsp. vanilla


1/2 c. sour milk


4 tbsp. cocoa


1/2 tsp. cinnamon


1 tsp. salt


1 tsp. soda


1 tsp. baking powder





Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Then sprinkle with a topping of 3/4 cup each chocolate chips, brown sugar and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
