What You Need





2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened


1/2 cup sugar


1/2 tsp. vanilla


2 eggs


3/4 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided


1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)


Make It








PREHEAT oven to 350掳F. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup of the chips.





POUR into crust. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup chips.





BAKE 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake





Crust -


15 vanilla wafers


2 tablespoons sugar


1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder


2 tablespoons butter (softened)





Filling-


6 ounces semisweet chocolate


1/2 cup unsalted butter


20 ounces cream cheese (room temp)


2 eggs


3 egg yolks


1 cup sugar


1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract





Directions


1. To make the Crust: Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.


2. Oil 10-inch cheesecake pan.


3. In blender: Combine all crust ingredients and grind until fine.


4. Press the crust into the bottom of pan.





1.To make the Filling: In a double boiler over barely simmering water, melt the chocolate and butter.


2. Stir until smooth.


3. In blender/food processor, combine the chocolate mixture, and the rest of your ingredients until well blended.


4. Pour over crust.


5. Bake for 35 minutes, or until set.


6. Let cool completely, this is the hardest part!



one package Jello brand Cheesecake


1 cup chocolate chips





read the instructions on the jellow brand cheesecake and do it up to pouring it into the shell. Stir in the chocolate chips then pour it into the shell.





chill for 6 hours. Cut and enjoy.
