German Cake/Dessert recipe---sounds like ';Cal de Hountz';? HELP!!!?

My husband had this dessert when he was growing up, and we cannot find the recipe!! He says it is called ';Cal De Hountz'; or ';Kalde Huntz'; or something to that effect. He says it is chocolate with some kind of cookie and coconut oil. If anyone has heard of this, please let me know and at least help me figure out the correct spelling so I can search it online. As of now, I am getting nowhere typing that into the search area. THANKS SO MUCH!!!German Cake/Dessert recipe---sounds like ';Cal de Hountz';? HELP!!!?
I think you are looking for Cookie Cake called Cold Dog - Kalter Hund, here they are

* 1 (16 ounce) package plain butter cookies

* 1/4 cup rum

* 1 egg

* 3/4 cup white sugar

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

* 1/2 cup butter, melted

DIRECTIONS

1. Spread butter cookies out in a single layer on a baking sheet with sides. Brush or sprinkle with rum. Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with aluminum foil, leaving enough extra at the sides to fold over the top for storage.

2. In a medium bowl, whip the egg and sugar together until thick and pale. Whisk in vanilla and cocoa powder until well blended, then stir in melted butter.

3. Line the bottom and sides of the prepared pan with butter cookies. Spread a 1/2 inch layer of chocolate cream over the bottom. Place another layer of cookies, followed by another layer of cream. Repeat until cream is gone, ending with cookies on the top. Fold aluminum foil over the top, and place in the refrigerator until firm, about 3 hours. Slice into 1/2 inch slices and serve.

Put 9 oz Lou Ana Coconut Oil (or any other solid coconut oil) in a bowl and heat for a couple of seconds in the microwave until completely liquid. Let rest until cool but still liquid. Combine the oil with 1+2/3 cups powdered sugar, 陆 cup pure cocoa powder (from the baking department), a pinch of salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract (or 1 bag vanilla sugar, if available), 1-2 tsp imitation rum extract (contains 35% alcohol!), and 陆 cup liquid egg (which is pasteurized and therefore safer than fresh eggs). Blend until very smooth.

For the next step, have at least 10 oz butter biscuits ready. If ever available, use Bahlsen Butter Leibniz. Line a rectangular baking tin (3 pints) with wax paper. Alternate layers of cocoa mixture and biscuit. Begin with a layer of cocoa mixture and finish with a layer of biscuit. Put in the fridge and let rest for at least 6 hours.

Remove baking tin and wax paper. Cut into thin slices and serve chilled.German Cake/Dessert recipe---sounds like ';Cal de Hountz';? HELP!!!?
