What are some good recipes or uses for rice cakes?

One of my friends gave me a whole bunch of those things once. I'm sorry but I just have no taste for them.


Some of them were sweet with cinnamon in them. I ground them up in the blender and used them in place of graham cracker crumbs for pie crusts. The plain ones I ground up and used them as filler for meat loaf. Worked well for the herb-flavored ones, too. I also used the herb ones-ground-as a coating for fried chicken.
