Do I need to change the cooking time and stuff?? Is it necessary to change the amoutn of ingredients. All i have are 3 9'; springform pans. Im not sure if the extra inch makes a difference.How would I alter this cake recipe that is meant for an 8 inch pan so it can be used it a 9 inch pan?
add one ninth all the ingredients and to cooking time

all of the recipes i have followed have either said an 8 or 9 inch pan. i have never adjusted anything, and it always worked out...
