Please help me, I have tried several eggless cake recipes in the last few months trying to get just one that is pleasing to both the eye and mouth. My son who is almost 2 is severally allergic to eggs. I have even tried the box cake mix from cheerybrook farm (it is expensive $6 a box and only makes one 9 inch layer cake) all of the cakes stick to the pan no matter what I do and come out in crumbles they also all taste like corn bread. I am at my wits end, all of my children have birthdays this spring and I want my youngest to be able to celebrate too. I need to make a nice cake for my oldest sons 4th birthday on sunday. I just tried another one of the cheerybrook farm box mixes an hour ago, it stuck to the pan crumbled and tastes blah!
