I made this recipe for a replica of Chili's White Chocolate Molten Cake - DELISH! The only thing is when I put the white chocolate in the center of the cake and then add the ice cream on top (Chili's style) the white chocolate turns more like a hard candy... I've tried microwaving the frozen cake with the white chocolate already frozen... it was a little better, but after I put the ice cream it hardens. So here's my question: How does Chili's get the chocolate to melt but still put ice cream on top? I want to attempt to make my cake as close to Chili's as I can get.
