Easy Peach Cobbler
';This is a quick but company-worthy cobbler. So simple, yet wins rave reviews. If desired, use 2 (32 ounce) cans of peaches in place of fresh peaches. If doing this, use peach syrup instead of water and then omit the white sugar from recipe. Also, yellow cake mix can be substituted for the white.';

INGREDIENTS:
12 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
1 cup water
1 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread peach slices evenly into a 9x13 inch baking dish. If using canned peach juice, pour 1 cup of it over peach slices. If using fresh peaches, combine water and sugar in a small bowl. Stir to dissolve, then pour mixture over peaches.
Sprinkle cinnamon over peach slices, followed by dry cake mix. Top cake mix with pats of cream cheese. Dot cobbler with butter or margarine.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until golden.Does anyone has a recipe for Peach Cobbler made with cake mix.?
Here are two. The first one is with a yellow cake mix, it's easy and good. The second is a little more work but better like grandmas!!!
PEACH COBBLER DUMP CAKE
1 (18.5 ounce) package yellow cake mix
2 (16 ounce) cans peaches in heavy syrup
陆 cup butter
陆 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Empty peaches into bottom of one 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with dry cake mix and press down firmly. Cut butter or margarine into small pieces and place on top of cake mix. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

FRESH PEACH COBBLER
About 8 c. sliced fresh peaches
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. almond extract
Pastry
Dredge peaches in flour; add next 5 ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
Make pastry dough. Line a 13x9x2 inch baking dish with 3/4 of pastry. Spoon in peach mixture. Roll remaining pastry and cut into strips. Arrange over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8-10.
PASTRY:
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. liquid oil
6 to 8 tbsp. ice water
Measure flour. Add salt, mix. Measure oil. Drop 6 to 8 tablespoons ice water into oil. Do not stir! Pour into flour; mix well with a fork. Roll out dough on floured surface.Does anyone has a recipe for Peach Cobbler made with cake mix.?

2. Place butter or margarine in an 8X8 glass baking dish. Place dish in oven until butter is melted.
3. In a medium bowl, combine flour and sugar. Mix well, then stir in milk. Spoon mixture into baking dish, on top of melted butter or margarine. Pour peaches over flour mixture.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, until peaches are bubbly and crust is lightly browned.

...put 2 cans of ur fav peaches on the bottom of well-greased cake pan, sprinkle with cinnamon, then pour mixed batter of your fav ';yellowcake'; box mix. bake according to the box for size of pan. Good eating!!!!!!!
Try a box of bixcuit??Pancake mix.They used to have a recipe on the box.
PEACH COBBLER
1 package of pre-rolled pie crust
1 1/2 cans of sliced Freestone peaches
cinnamon-just a little
sugar
butter
nutmeg (pinch)
This is one easy peach cobbler that can be made with a store-bought crust and canned peaches.
Preheat oven to 350. Move the bottom crust into an 8 in square pan, pinch and shape into place. Put in peaches and juice from 1 can (more if you like), add pats of butter, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and just a pinch of nutmeg.
Top with a prepared purchased top crust, pinch and shape over bottom crust to seal. Cut slits and sprinkle lightly with sugar if desired.
Put in 350 oven and bake until brown and bubbly top and bottom.
