Australian cake recipe.?

I found a recipe for a banana and coconut cake in an Australian magazine and I fancy making it.


The only snag is that it's in Australian cups.


I've tried ';Googling'; it but can only find American dry weight cups which are different to Australian.


Can anyone help me to convert it please ?


It's


1+1/2 cups SR flour


1 cup dessicated coconut


1 cup caster sugar


1 cup mashed banana


1 cup coconut milk

It also takes 1 egg lightly beaten


1tsp vanilla extract


Butter to serve.


I realise these ingredients are self explanatory but I put them in in case anyone else wants to try it.


I will add the method too if you want it.

Are you sure AU cups are different from USA cups? It seems reasonable that if you used USA cups in teh recipe, it would work.
